- Power plant addition and refinance: Represented utility corporation in the structure and financing of a synthetic lease for additional generating units at its electric power plant and more recently issued $355 million title insurance policy for the project refinance. (2011)
- Water and sewer facility acquisition: Represented purchaser in acquisition of 45 water and sewer facilities in 13 Mississippi counties and provided title insurance in excess of $9 million. (2020-2021)
- Casino sale: Represented casino corporation in the sale of its local assets for $275 million after handling the real estate aspects of the land acquisition, development, and financing from the project's inception. (2014)
- Industrial facility acquisition: Represented purchaser in acquisition of waterfront industrial facilities and issued $45 million title insurance policy. (2011)
- Port authority industrial facility acquisition: Represented port authority in acquisition of waterfront industrial facilities and issued $28.5 million title insurance policy. (2015)
- Shopping center acquisition and renovation: Represented purchaser of shopping center and issued $18 million title insurance policy as well as all refinancing thereof since acquisition. (2006-2016)
- Shopping center development: Represented developer of shopping center in acquisition and compilation of various parcels of land and issued a total $11 million in title insurance policies for construction and development. (2008)
- Wetlands mitigation bank financing: Issued lender's and owner's title insurance for $11 million covering wetlands acreage in four counties. (2018)
- Evaluation and restructure of utility easements: Represented utility company in identifying and reviewing more than 30 easements for substations, transmission, and distribution lines serving an oil refinery and negotiate for restructure of same. (2015)
- Mixed-Use Urban Redevelopment Project: Represented developer in acquisition development, construction, and financing, beginning with a phase of townhomes valved in excess of $3 million. (2018)
